JALOSTUSTEHDAS

JALOSTUSTEHDAS means “distillery” in Finnish. It is a performance project with Janne Nisonen, who is a concertmaster with the Tapiola Sinfonietta in Espoo, Finland. Jalostustehdas was a year-long search for a distilled version of ourselves as a performer and a painter, flitering through music and paintings until we found a place to rest and feel whole. It encompasses painting, music, politics and poetry in a performance at Sellosali in Espoo as part of the Tapiola Sinfonietta “HETKIÄ” chamber concert series in October 2015.
